Calico Drawstring Bag FAQs
What are the calico drawstring bags made from?
120gsm natural, unbleached calico made from 100% recycled cotton. Each bag is handmade, so small variations in size, stitching and fabric tone are normal.
What sizes are available?

What’s the minimum order for custom printing?
25 bags. You can also order a single printed sample ($15) before committing to a bulk run.
What can you print?
Full-colour logos, images, photos and text. Printing works best for logos and artwork rather than large solid blocks of colour, and can’t cover the whole bag.
Can you print in white?
No. White backgrounds won’t print, and white logos or text are converted to black.
Will my colours match exactly?
Recycled cotton absorbs ink differently to paper, so colours can look softer than on screen and may lighten as the ink settles. If colour matters, order a printed sample first.
Can you print both sides?
Yes, on request. Email us for a quote before ordering.
How long does custom printing take?
We email a PDF proof within 2–3 business days. After approval, a printed sample ships in 2–3 business days; 25–100 bags in 3–4 business days, 250–500 in 5–6, and 1,000+ in 7–10. Need them for a launch? Contact us before ordering.
How do I show where my logo should go?
Use the logo placement template on the product page and email it to us with your artwork.
Can I wash the bags?
Plain bags can be hand-washed in cold water. Printed bags should be spot cleaned only, as the inks aren’t designed for washing.
Can I order plain bags?
Yes. Choose “NO LOGO NEEDED”. Plain bags are available in the same sizes and quantities, including single samples.
What are they used for?

Can I return them?
Printed bags can’t be returned once printed. If you have a quality issue, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page.
