Should I choose rolls or sheets?

Rolls are best for small quantities or urgent orders. You cut what you need, which reduces waste.
Is the tissue paper eco-friendly?
Yes. It’s 100% paper, acid-free, with no coating or lamination, and kerbside recyclable. Encourage your customers to reuse or recycle it.
What print options are available on rolls?
A repeating logo pattern (5 per row) or full-colour coverage. On white rolls you can also supply your own custom design. For a specific repeat, send artwork that tiles seamlessly — email hello@heropackaging.com.au for the template.
What is ink saturation?
We print at 75% ink saturation by default to reduce ink use. You can choose 100% saturation for $30 extra; your PDF proof will show the saturation you chose.
Will full-colour designs print to the edge?
No. Full-coverage designs have a 5–10mm white border along each edge of the roll.
What should I know about black tissue paper?
Artwork must be a vector file, and white printing is recommended on black paper.
What print options are available on sheets?
One colour on white sheets, one colour on a background colour, or multi-colour, in quantities of 500, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000. See Tissue Paper Sheets.
How do I send my artwork?
Place your order, then email your high-res logo or design to hello@heropackaging.com.au. We’ll email a PDF proof within 2–3 business days. Each round of changes adds time before printing starts.
Need it urgently?
Choose rolls rather than sheets and email us with your date. During busy periods, allow a few extra business days.
Can I return custom tissue paper?
No. Custom printed orders can’t be returned once printed. Check your proof carefully before approving.
