What sizes are available?

Which card stock should I choose?
For A5, A6 and Polaroid cards:
- ECO — 250gsm recycled, uncoated with a semi-gloss finish (the most eco-friendly, lowest-cost option)
- RECOMMENDED — 290gsm, semi-gloss on one side and matte on the other
- PREMIUM — 350gsm luxury linen paper with a matte finish
Custom Shape cards come in 290gsm gloss, 350gsm recycled matte or 300gsm luxury linen blend.
Can you print both sides?
Yes. A5, A6 and Polaroid cards can be single or double sided. Custom Shape cards are printed full colour on both sides.
What’s the minimum order?
Just 10 cards.
How do I send my design?
Place your order, then email your high-res artwork to hello@heropackaging.com.au. Templates are available for Polaroid (Canva video guide) and Custom Shape cards. Need a non-standard size? Email us.
How long do cards take?
We email a PDF proof within 2–3 business days. Once approved, cards are printed within 5–7 business days and shipped from our Sydney warehouse.
Where are they printed?
In our Sydney warehouse.
What can I use them for?
Thank you notes, care instructions, brand stories, loyalty inserts, gift notes and promo codes.
Can I return printed cards?
No. Custom printed orders can’t be returned once printed, so check your proof carefully.
